The Inspirer writes a spec, escrows the bounty, and keeps the idea encrypted. Only builders who sign the NDA see inside.

Both sides countersign a smart-contract NDA. Breach triggers a cryptographic case to the Tribunal automatically.

Anatomy of a Kwarry contract.

Every venture is a composed stack — the legal wrapper, the escrow, the spec, the milestones, and the reputation ledger. All six layers stay in sync, so a dispute in one is instantly provable in the others.

  • Legal wrapper
    A Swiss-Verein-issued Master Agreement that binds both parties regardless of their home jurisdiction.
  • Escrow vault
    USDC locked in a 2-of-3 multisig (Inspirer, Builder, Kwarry) — no party alone can move funds.
  • Encrypted spec
    AES-256, key sharded with Shamir. Decrypts only when the NDA signature lands on-chain.
  • Milestone ledger
    Immutable log of Proof-of-Work submissions and releases. Queryable from any EVM client.
  • Cred score
    Soulbound ERC-5192 — cannot be transferred, sold, or faked. Rises with delivery, falls with disputes lost.
